Reports filed by a candidate will not be available if the candidate has not yet filed a report. Tex. Election Code §254.0401

Some campaign finance reports (such as general purpose PACs, etc.) are not filed with the District, but filed with the Texas Ethics Commission. To search and view these finance reports, please visit the Texas Ethics Commission website.
