AP Exam Registration Information

Important AP Dates and Tasks
FOR FULL YEAR AND FALL AP COURSES
August 11, 2026	Students receive access code to to join AP Classroom for all enrolled AP courses
September 1, 2026	All FBISD AP students should have joined their AP Classroom(s) by this date
October 16, 2026	All students should have made an AP exam decision in AP Classroom account by this date
November 2, 2026	Last day to order an AP Exam during regular registration window No exam can be ordered for a student if the student has not: Paid in FULL or submitted a payment plan agreement with 1^st payment installment Made an exam decision in AP Classroom Any student requesting an exam decision change must complete an AP Exam Change Form BEFORE this date to avoid a $40 College Board fee
November 16, 2026	Late AP exam ordering window opens. To order a late exam: Students must complete a Late AP Exam Order Request Form and submit to campus AP Coordinator. A College Board late exam fee of $40 will be assessed per exam. Exam must be paid in full before an exam is ordered. To cancel an AP exam: Students must complete an AP Exam Change Form and submit to the campus AP Coordinator. A College Board exam cancellation fee of $40 will be applied before any eligible refund is issued
February 26, 2027	Last day for late AP Exam order Window All payment plans must be paid in FULL. Students with outstanding balances will be placed on a campus fine list. All Exam orders are final. Students will NOT be eligible for any partial cancellation refund after this date
SPRING ONLY AP COURSES
January 6, 2027	Students receive access code to to join AP Classroom for all enrolled AP courses
January 27, 2027	All FBISD AP students need to have joined their AP Classroom(s) by this date
February 26, 2027	Last day of Spring Course AP Exam order Window No exam can be ordered for a student if the student has not: Paid in FULL or submitted a payment plan agreement with 1^st payment installment Made an exam decision in AP Classroom All Exam orders are final. Students will NOT be eligible for any partial cancellation refund after this date
