Student Password Information

Students are encouraged to test their login credentials to ensure a smooth first day of school. 

Have the student test their credentials by signing into 1Link using their FBISD username and password details stated in the Student Password Information screen in Skyward Family Access. 

Instructions to access the Student Password Information Screen

From the Family Access portal, click on the menu button, and navigate to Student -> Student Password Information. Click the arrow to the left of your student's name to view the full “Student Password Information”. 

Please note: If your student is moving from 2nd to 3rd grade or from 5th to 6th grade, their password will be different from the previous year’s password.  Please ensure they are using the new password from the Student Password Information screen when testing their login.

If you are having trouble logging in to the Family Access portal please call the campus ADA, Data Entry Clerk, or Registrar for assistance.

Please ensure the following information is readily available when contacting your campus: 

1. Student ID #
2. Date of Birth
3. Home Address
4. Parent Name (Guardian on record)
5. Parent Phone number (Guardian on record)
