About Leadership Town Halls
- Leadership Town Halls are hosted by Superintendent Dr. Marc Smith and bring together campus and district leaders from across Fort Bend ISD
- Sessions provide a structured opportunity for leaders to connect directly with the Superintendent and other district leaders around district priorities, updates, and shared challenges
- Town Halls reflect Dr. Smith's commitment to transparency, trust, and keeping leaders informed and aligned across the system
- Shared learning focused on district direction and what it means for campuses and teams
- Connection with peers across the district — campus leaders and district administrators together in the same room
Who Attends Leadership Town Halls
- Campus principals and assistant principals
- District and central office leaders - Assistant Directors and above
Schedule and Frequency
- Leadership Town Halls are held throughout the school year at scheduled intervals (monthly)
- Dates and locations are communicated to campus and district leaders in advance through the district calendar
