Data Integration Services

Overview: The Data Integration team focuses on collecting data from multiple diverse source systems into a single centralized location where the data is cleansed, transformed and packaged for secure transport and loading into diverse target systems in support of a range of business initiatives and technical implementations.

• Create and manage business-to-business integrations and secure data exchange.
• Provide data modeling, data profiling, and data cleansing services.
• Provide centralized processing and distribution of student pictures.

 

Who is eligible to use the service: All Fort Bend ISD staff.

 

How to request access to the service: From the FBISD Support Portal Home tab, scroll down and click on ETL Design & Development. Fill out the form with a brief description of the request and someone from the Data Integration team will contact you to gather further information.

 

Escalation contacts: Contact Customer Service for escalation assistance.

 

Escalation procedure: Contact Customer Service via email, phone or support ticket. Customer Service will escalate to the Data Integration team, as appropriate
