Design and Construction

The Design and Construction department of Fort Bend ISD is committed to build and maintain optimum learning environments for all students and staff across the district. We provide comprehensive oversight of all phases from inception until completion. This includes consultant selection; finalizing project designs; adherence to building code, District construction standards and educational specifications; bidding; construction administration; coordination during installation of fixtures, furnishings and equipment; and project warranty period.
