Uplift Mentor Program

Become a Mentor in 3 Easy Steps!

The UPLIFT Mentor Program welcomes Fort Bend ISD staff and community members to mentor students during the 2026–2027 school year. Mentors meet with students once a week for 30-45 minutes during the school hours. 

How to Get Started

1. Complete the Mentor Interest Form
2. Submit the Volunteer Criminal History Application (after July 1)
3. Attend Mentor Training 
   • You will receive a training invitation after submitting your interest form.
   • Invitations are expected to be sent in mid-August for the 2026-2027 school year.
4. Mentoring is expected to begin at the end of September 2026, depending on your assigned campus.
