School Supplies
Fort Bend ISD is committed to ensuring that students begin the school year equipped with the essential tools needed for learning.
Through a continued collaboration between the Departments of Accountability, Assessment, & Compliance and Collaborative Communities, the District is supporting student success by providing a free school supply kit and backpack to every student enrolled at a Title I campus for the 2026 - 2027 school year.
Title I funding is being used to support this initiative and students will receive their supplies at the start of the school year. Information regarding dates, times, and distribution procedures will be communicated directly by participating campuses.
Families at Title I campuses do not need to register or complete an application receive school supplies provided through this initiative.

The Department of Collaborative Communities is continuing to work with community partners to secure additional school supply resources for students. Information regarding available supplies and distribution opportunities will be shared through designated campuses as resources becomes available.
Community members, faith-based organizations, businesses, and civic groups can help by donating school supplies, backpacks, or other resources. Please contact the Department of Collaborative Communities to learn about current needs and partnership opportunities.

Through support from donations by our generous community, Collaborative Communities ensures that students across Fort Bend ISD have access to the basic supplies they need to succeed in the classroom. This effort is made possible through generous donations and volunteer support from our community partners.
