 Student Officers & Leadership Development

The IBMA Bard of Director Officers Team provides students with the opportunity to develop and practice real-world leadership skills while serving the academy community. Officers work collaboratively to plan events, lead meetings, coordinate service projects, welcome new members, and represent the academy at school and community functions.

Throughout the year, officers participate in leadership training focused on communication, teamwork, organization, project management, professionalism, and ethical decision-making. By taking on meaningful responsibilities, students gain valuable experience that prepares them to lead with confidence in college, careers, and their communities.
